- Entire regiment consolidated at Fort Point September 10
Mustered out of the service of the United States at Fort Point, Cal., December 15, 1898, with 31 officers and 591 enlisted men. Casualties while in service: Officers-none. Enlisted men-died of disease, 3; suicide, 1; deserted, 3.
