Fort Ruby
Fort Ruby (1862-1869) - A California Volunteer post established in 1862 during the U.S. Civil War by Colonel Patrick E. Connor in White Pine County, Nevada. Renamed Camp Ruby 1 Jan 1867. Abandoned in 1869.
