Fort Green Clay Smith (1867-1868) - A Montana Militia Fort established in 1867 near Springdale, Park County, Montana. Named Fort Green Clay Smith after then Territorial Governor Green Clay Smith. Abandoned in 1868. Also known as Camp Green Clay Smith, Camp Smith (8), and Fort Smith (8)

Established in 1867.

A temporary Montana Militia Fort four miles northeast of Fort Thomas Meagher.

Abandoned in 1868.
